Located in Minnesota, the VanDerPol farm has been family operated since 1952. Jim and LeAnn manage and operate the farm with their son Josh and daughter-in-law Cindy.
While the nearly 320 acres had historically been used for crop rotation, it’s now represented by almost 50% pasture. In addition to raising hogs from farrow-to-finish in hoop buildings and on pasture, the farm also supports a dairy heifer replacement grazing business.
The VanDerPol family's dedication to outdoor livestock production makes them unique in the community and they enjoy a steady stream of visitors to their farm.
