Pork Operations Scheduler
The Pork Production Scheduler schedules assigned categories or plants for Niman Ranch Fresh & Prepared Pork division. This includes determining fresh pork surpluses, production scheduling, working closely with Fresh & Prepared Foods Production Managers, liaison with plant personnel and plant issues. Position also entails weekly coordination with other aspects of pork operations, trade marketing and sales for forecasting and allocation communications.
This person will be based in the Niman Ranch Westminster, CO office or Sioux City/Sioux Center, IA.
