How to Cook Bacon Wrapped With Rosemary Pork Loin Chop

Prep: 10 Minutes

Cook: 4-6 Minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Niman Ranch Bacon Wrapped With Rosemary Pork Loin Chop
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

Preparation: Remove seasoned pork chops from the outer package and proceed with your preferred preparation method.

Grill: Heat grill to medium-high and prepare grill gates to ensure chops will not stick to the surface. Remove rosemary sprig and grill pork chops on medium-high indirect heat for 5-6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Once cooked, let the chops rest for 10 minutes and enjoy.

Stovetop: Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove rosemary sprig. Sear both sides of the chop until light brown, about 2 minutes per side. Reduce heat to low partially cover, and continue to cook for 4-6 minutes per side or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Once cooked, let the chops rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
