Prosciutto Burrata and Jam Crostini

13 oz pack Niman Ranch Prosciutto
1 baguette
4-6 small balls of burrata
1 jar of jam, preferably sweet and spicy, like Raspberry Habanero
3-4 grape tomatoes
1 sprig of basil olive oil
Cooking Instructions
- Position a rack at the center of the oven and preheat to 350°F.
- Slice the baguette into 12, 1/2-inch thick slices. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and put in the oven until lightly toasted brown, approx. 5 minutes. Set aside and let

- Rip or cut each burrata ball into halves or thirds, depending on the size of your baguette. Place each burrata piece on a baguette slice and fan out to cover the entire surface.
