1 C julienned daikon radish
1 C julienned Carrot
1 pinch salt
1/4 C sugar
1/2 C white vinegar
1 C water

Niman Ranch Fearless Franks
French baguette
Sriracha mayo
Cucumber, quartered and sliced lengthwise
2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
fresh cilantro sprigs
Sesame seeds (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- For the slaw, combine julienned carrots, daikon radish, sugar, salt, and vinegar, and water in large bowl. Stir to dissolve sugar and salt, cover, and refrigerate.
- Heat Niman Ranch Fearless Frank(s) by steaming or grilling until hot.
- Cut French baguette to hot dog length and slice lengthwise.
- Assemble the dog! Place hot dog in the baguette alongside cucumber, heap slaw on top, dress with sriracha mayo, sprinkle jalapeno, cilantro, and sesame seeds, if desired.
