Fennel Orange Meatballs with Sweet Chili Glaze

Meatballs:
3 lbs. Niman Ranch Ground Pork
2 lbs. Niman Ranch Ground Beef
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
5 Eggs
6 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
4 Tablespoon Spiceology Shoulder Rub
1 Tablespoon Spiceology Morita Flakes
1 Tablespoon Spiceology Orange Peel Powder
1 Tablespoon Spiceology Ground Fennel
2 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
Glaze:
1/2 Cup Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
1 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Honey
5 Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoon Sambal Oelek
4 teaspoon Corn Starch
Cooking Instructions
Meatballs:
- Combine all ingredients, form into 2 oz. balls.
- Sear on all sides.
- Bake at 350º until cooked through, 165º.
Glaze:
- Combine all ingredients, Heat on low until thickened.
- Toss cooked meatballs in glaze
