Ingredients

1 lb Niman Ranch ground beef

1 lb Niman Ranch ground pork 

6 slices white bread (soaked in milk) 

2 TBSP Spiceology Italian Crushed Seasoning

2 TBSP Spiceology Cajun Blackening Blend

2 TBSP Spiceology Pizza Cheese Blend

1/2 cup of grated parmesan

2TBSP fresh parsley

1 TSP of garlic powder

1 TSP of crushed oregano

1 TSP kosher salt and pinch of red pepper flakes(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix one pound of Niman Ranch ground beef and one pound Niman Ranch ground pork in large bowl.
  2. Add 6 slices of crustless white bread soaked in milk.
  3. Add 2 TBSP Spiceology Italian Crushed Seasoning...2 TBSP Spiceology Cajun Blackening Blend...2 TBSP Spiceology Pizza Cheese Blend...1/2 cup of grated parmesan...2TBSP fresh parsley...1 TSP of garlic powder...1 TSP of crushed oregano...1 TSP kosher salt and pinch of red pepper flakes(optional)
  4. Mix well by hand and form into large balls (total of 16-17 meatballs)
  5. Place on parchment paper on large edged baking sheet
  6. bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes or until browned
  7. Serve with favorite red sauce and choice of pasta
