Quesadilladog

Ingredients

Niman Ranch Fearless Franks

Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Flour Tortillas

Sour Cream

Jalapeños (sliced or diced)

Hot Sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place a tortilla on a greased frying pan set to medium-low heat.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on one side of the tortilla.
  3. Once the cheese begins to melt, fold the tortilla over.
  4. Flip the quesadilla, being careful not to crisp too much (you will need it to be soft enough to roll your hot dog in).
  5. Remove quesadilla from heat.
  6. Heat Niman Ranch Fearless Frank(s) by steaming or grilling until hot. 
  7. Roll the quesadilla around the cooked hot dog, adding a bit more shredded cheese on the edge to seal.
  8. Put the assembled quesadilladog back onto the heated pan to melt extra cheese and further crisp the tortilla.
  9. Place completed quesadilladog on plate and dress with sour cream, and Jalapeños, and hot sauce if desired.
