Niman Ranch Fearless Franks
Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
Flour Tortillas
Sour Cream
Jalapeños (sliced or diced)
Hot Sauce (optional)
Cooking Instructions
- Place a tortilla on a greased frying pan set to medium-low heat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on one side of the tortilla.
- Once the cheese begins to melt, fold the tortilla over.
- Flip the quesadilla, being careful not to crisp too much (you will need it to be soft enough to roll your hot dog in).
- Remove quesadilla from heat.
- Heat Niman Ranch Fearless Frank(s) by steaming or grilling until hot.
- Roll the quesadilla around the cooked hot dog, adding a bit more shredded cheese on the edge to seal.
- Put the assembled quesadilladog back onto the heated pan to melt extra cheese and further crisp the tortilla.
- Place completed quesadilladog on plate and dress with sour cream, and Jalapeños, and hot sauce if desired.
